Interior Design Hosts Latest re:Source Event In Lake Tahoe
Lake Tahoe is seemingly perfect by design. Crystal clear water, towering trees, and expansive skis—all of which offered an ideal backdrop for nearly 200 designers, manufacturers, and creatives to recharge, build new relationships, and think outside the box during Interior Design‘s latest re:Source event.
Hosted September 14-16, 2025, at the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, the exclusive group experienced three days of curated connection, inspiration, and product discovery. Festivities kicked off with a workshop led by SANDOW Design Group’s executive vice president and design futurist AJ Paron, which set the tone for collaboration and creativity. From dynamic group brainstorms to roughly 1,700 intimate one-on-one designer/manufacturer meetings, attendees were invited to stretch their imaginations in more ways than one.
Throughout the event, designers participated in concise, impactful sessions—including Material Bank’s interactive discussions—while also experiencing local flair. Think: custom hat-making and guided hikes to exploring historic Truckee. From outdoor cocktails and dinners with views of the Sierra Nevada mountains to engaging conversations and new connections, designers experienced a true retreat, fueling new ideas and relationships—including those with architects and architectural product manufacturers since Metropolis once again hosted its MET Connect event alongside re:Source. The event, now in its second year, fosters meaningful connections between brands and top architects.
